In order to guarantee effective interest in completing the deal, the proponent will pay the deposit amount, which will be kept by the mediator, in accordance with no. 1 of article 18 of Law 15/2013

Once this reservation is made, no more visits to the property will be made by other potential buyers, nor will any new proposals be presented.

This reservation is valid for a period of 48 hours on condition that the Purchase and Sale Agreement, with the attached property documentation, is signed within that period.

If for any reason beyond the control of the mediator, or due to computer error, or any other reason, the deal is not completed, the proposal or reservation will be canceled with a simple refund of the deposit to the MB Card used to pay for it.
